 Students read  the  story of BAD HABITS from the collection of MODERN MORAL STORIES. The story relates to modern day life values and ethics. They were asked to create a friendship flower by writing the names of their friends on it . PLAY WITH PICTURES AND WORDS

 Students were asked to write a short story and try to replace some of the repetitive words with small pictures. The activity helped them to relate words with pictures and do reading with a bit of hints and clues. The efforts of the students were amazing and hope complete stories are created next with the same method of replacing words with pictures.

FAMOUS FOX STORIES

  The Animal Fox symbolizes  cleverness, independence, playfulness and mischievousness, beauty, protection, and good luck . Foxes inhabit every continent on Earth except Antarctica, so they appear in the mythologies and folklore of many cultures. Students were asked to read different stories related to fox and draw it  in a very simple way. The activity helped them to integrate art with reading.
